Let's schedule a 15 minute chat about how Psych-K® can help change your life

what is Psych-K®?

Psych-K®, short for Psychological Kinesiology, is a self-help and personal growth technique that combines elements of psychology and kinesiology (muscle testing). It was developed by Rob Williams in the early 2000s. The primary goal of Psych-K® is to identify and change subconscious beliefs that may be limiting an individual's personal and professional growth.

How Does Psych-K® Work?

Identifying Limiting Beliefs: Psych-K® practitioners use muscle testing (a form of applied kinesiology) or other methods to identify subconscious beliefs that may be holding a person back or causing stress, anxiety, or other emotional issues.

Reprogramming Beliefs: Once these limiting beliefs are identified, the individual works with a Psych-K® facilitator or uses self-help techniques to reprogram them. This typically involves creating and repeating positive affirmations that counteract the negative beliefs.

Balancing the Brain: Psych-K® also incorporates principles from neuroscience and brain research. It aims to balance the brain's hemispheres to facilitate more effective communication between the conscious and subconscious minds. This is believed to help individuals make positive changes more easily.

Achieving Desired Outcomes: By changing subconscious beliefs and thought patterns, Psych-K® practitioners hope to help individuals achieve their goals, reduce stress, improve relationships, and enhance overall well-being.

What Can You Expect From Psych-K®?

A Psych-K® session is unlike any other modality that works with the subconscious mind. The practitioner won't dig into your problems or issues in life to be able to help you achieve new beliefs. In your one-hour session, you won't be bothered with so many questions. In the beginning, the practitioner may ask a couple of questions like what areas of your life are you dissatisfied or unhappy with and what you wish to achieve.

After the very short Q&A portion, the practitioner will ask you to articulate your new belief statement based on your goal. Once you have verbalised your belief statement, the practitioner will perform muscle testing before proceeding to the brain reprogramming and balancing techniques.

A Psych-K® session is generally relaxing and enlightening. After which, the practitioner will take you through some activities that will enhance your new beliefs and make them part of your reality. You may opt for a face-to-face session or have it conducted online through Zoom.

Does Psych-K® Really Work?

Yes, Psych-K® works for people who are determined to change their belief patterns in order to improve the quality of their life. It cannot work in a passive manner, which means the facilitator alone cannot change the client's beliefs if they aren't willing to work on it.

Robert M. Williams, a former corporate executive, originated Psych-K® between 1988 and early 1989. Since starting his life of service as a professional psychotherapist, he studied several non-standard modalities for human change. From his studies, he developed a body of work called Psych-K®. He first tested this method with his friends and family to determine if he would get the expected results. Expectations were indeed met after the participants changed their lives and attitudes toward the desired state of general wellbeing.

Psych-K® is now being used around the globe with several wellness practitioners traveling to receive proper training in the various levels of Psych-K.

Is Psych-K® Safe?

Psych-K® has been proven safe and effective in changing self-limiting beliefs that make breaking old, unhelpful habits a difficult process. In addition to being safe, the modality's whole-brain concept in changing subconscious beliefs has been scientifically proven by a research article published in several peer-reviewed journals in 2011.

Belief Points with Energy Focusing

Points on the body match certain belief statements that coincide with our limiting and empowering beliefs. Using Energy Focusing to direct attention and intention towards a specific goal. This combination is an efficient and effective tool for accessing the power to create change.

Core Belief Balance

This balance helps discover and change “core beliefs” which are imprinted from early childhood that could be blocking you from achieving your desired life goals. This balance involves 13 pairs of belief statements that represent vital issues such as self-love, forgivenes, connection to divinity, etc. The subconcious mind occasionally selects this balance when the system is ready for a board foundational change in a short period of time.

Stress Transformation

This balance helps relieve stress or negative emotions around any situation that is either current or has happened in the past, this process purely releases the stress from the system without erasing the memory.

Relationship Balance

This balance is designed to deepen the understanding between two people by identifying and transforming the issues that challenge them. This process can be performed with those who are alive or have passed away (including pets).

It can be used with couples, parent/child relationships, friendships, and other types of relationships. Belief points are used to identify the growth opportunities and gifts each other has to offer the other in the relationship and encourages alignment whenever one sees, feels or hears the presence of the other.

Life Bonding Balance

Both the “trauma of birth” and the “fear of death” are two powerful aspects of human existence. This balance utilizes breath as a means of reprogramming any limiting impact of these influences in our lives. By directing the breath back and forth between two powerful centers of the body, you will transform any stress associated with your experience of 'birth' and your perception of 'death.'

Rapport Balance

This balance strengthens communication and learning, helping improve visual, auditory and kinesthetic thinking. Rapport is the foundation for all effective communication, enhancing better understandings with all relationships. Rapport is a condition of trust and respect that allows people to communicate openly and honestly. With rapport, communication is effortless and comfortable. Without rapport, something doesn't feel right. There is a struggle and effort and the conversation is often one long misunderstanding.

Having good rapport skills means being able to join someone and their version of reality. They will feel better understood and will respond with more cooperation as you gain rapport, you will your natural intuition about what is needed and wants by others is heightened. You will feel a greater sense of personal satisfaction with your interactions.

This process allows a balance to be done with someone who cannot participate directly. It could include someone physically incapacitated, too young, deceased, animals, collective consciousness, etc. This process is based on creating a 'link' between the superconscious minds of the individual or group who will experience the change (the Partner) and that of a willing Surrogate.
